摘要
新课程倡导发展性教师评价,它以促进教师专业发展为根本目的,注重发挥评价的展示、改进和激励功能,突出评价内容的综合性。评价方法以质性评价为主,强调教师自我反思,关注教师个体差异,形成以教师自评为主、各方协同参与的评价体系。
The new curriculum advocates developmental teachers appraisal.With the promotion of teachers speciality as the basic purpose,the appraisal focuses on the functions of display,amelioration and stimulation,and stresses the comprehension of the content.Besides,the priority is given to qualitative appraisal,emphasis is put on teachers reflection and attention is paid to teachers individuality.Thus an appraisal system is formed with teachers selfappraisal and all people concerned joining together
