摘要
5通过问卷调查和访谈 ,在实证研究的基础上 ,对我国企业 R& D国际化的现状进行分析 ,从R& D国际化的战略、组织和资源投入等方面归纳了中国企业现阶段 R& D国际化的特点 ,通过趋势分析 ,初步总结了中国企业现阶段 R& D国际化的模式。
Through questionnaire investigation and visits,and based on the empirical study,it analyzes the statues quo of R&D internationalization in China’s enterprises. It sums up the characteristics of R&D internationalization at present time from the aspects of strategy of R&D internationalization,organization and input of resource. Finally on the analysis of development trend,it established a mode of R&D intrnationalization for China’s enterprises at present.
