增加直接护理时数的效果观察

Observation of addition of direct nursing time

目的探讨增加直接护理时数的方法和效果。方法对全院临床护士重新定岗、定编;采用新的医嘱微机处理系统,由医生录入医嘱;全院推广护士夜班全夜制,比较改全夜制前后护理时数变化。结果7名非临床岗位的护士回归护理岗位;病区用于处理医嘱的时间由47.8min/d减至32.0min/d;改全夜制后病区护士交接班时间由(68.02±2.84)min/d减至(51.95±1.70)min/d,书写护理记录时间由(152.84±4.75)min/d减至(101.81±5.13)min/d,平均直接护理时数由(177.11±5.98)min/d增至(230.48±6.25)min/d,分别经t检验,P均<0.001,明显增加了直接护理时数。结论在科学核算护理时数的前提下,进行护理人力资源、工作方式和制度的改革,可增加直接护理时数,提高护理质量。

Objective To probe into the methods and effects o f addition of direct nursing time.Methods The nurses stuff in the hospital were re-assigned in posts and re-authorized.New computer system was used to handle do ctor's advice,which doctors written down into the system.Overnight nursing shif t model was practiced in the hospital and the changes of time for nursing were c ompared before and after execution of overnight nursing shift model.Res ults Aft er the practice of overnight nursing shift model,7nurses with non-clinical posts returned to clinical nursing posts.In wards,the time for handling doctor's adv ice was shortened sharply from47.8min/d to32.0min/d.So it was with the time for nurse's shifting from68.02±2.84to51.95±1.70min/d and with the time for taking nursing notes from152.84±4.75min/d to101.81±5.13.But average nursing time ros e from177.11±5.98to230.48±6.25min/d.t-test showed P<0.001in all terms,indicati ng significant increase in direct nursing time.Conclus ion Reasonable allocation of nursing manpower recourse and execution of reforms in nursing model and syst em in the precondition of scientifically calculation of nursing time,are able to increase direct nursing time so as to improve the nursing quality.
