Nursing of patients with spontaneouse sophageal rapture treated with three-tube method

回顾总结8例自发性食管破裂修补术后管道的护理。自发性食管破裂患者入院后积极纠正休克,确诊后即行剖胸探查,行食管Ⅰ期修补,安置胸腔闭式引流管、倒置胃管、空肠造瘘管。术后做好管道护理及空肠喂养。经实践证明自发性食管破裂手术同时安置三管能明显减轻患者痛苦,提高治愈率。

In the paper,the authors retrospectivel y analyzed and reviewed the nursing of three-tube treatment of8cases of sponta-n eous esophageal rapture.They put forward such measures in the treatment of spont aneous esophageal rapture as active correction of shock,thoracolomic exploration right after confirmation of the diagnosis,stage I esophageal repair,placement o f three tubes,e.g.closed drainage tube,inverted gastric tube and jejunum fistulo us tube.After operation,the three tubes should be nursing carefully and jejunum feeding was suggested.The practice proved that three-tube method after operation of spontaneous esophageal rapture relieved their pains and increased cure rate.
