对知识经济下加快我国高等护理教育发展的思考

Reflection over quickening the development of higher nursing education during theera of knowledge economy

21世纪是知识经济时代,面对头20年重要战略发展机遇期,笔者就如何加快我国高等护理教育发展作了阐述。通过加大政府与社会投资力度,扩大办学规模,优化护理教育资源配置,加强对外交流合作,促进我国高等护理教育发展,以适应社会经济发展和不断变化的医疗卫生市场的要求。

The21th century is an era of know l edge economy and the first20years is very important for strategic development.In this paper,the authors made a prospect over how to enhance the development of h igher nursing education in China.They put forward some suggestions such as expan ding the scale of schooling via increasing the investment from both government a nd the society,optimizing the allocation of nursing education resources,enhancin g international collaboration to promote the development of higher nursing educa tion in China in order to meet the requirements of social and economic developme nt and varying medical market.
