摘要
针对临床教学偏重理论,偏重专科基础操作,对专科特殊操作要求不高,护生专科特殊操作动手能力差的现状,自2000年7月我科通过增设门诊实习环节,增加护生操作机会;高标准选择带教老师;采取训前评估,因人施教的教学方法,调动护生主动学习的积极性,提高护生操作的自信心。其结果:护生对专科器械识别率、专科特殊操作成功率、整体护理专科评估准确率均有显著提高,护生对专科的应用解剖与生理知识得以巩固。
The status quo is that one hand,t h e deflection to theoretic knowledge and basic operation in clinical teaching,and on the other,practical ability of nurse students in special operation is poor.T o settle the problem,we took such countermeasures in July2000such as addition of practice in clinics and addition of opportunities for nurse student's practica l operation,selecting teachers with high standard,adoption of pre-training evalu ation to develop methodology of suiting teaching to different students for the p urpose of arousing their incentive in study and improving the confidence in prac tical operation.The results showed there were marked im-provements in recognizi ng the equipment in special departments,success in special nursing operations an d accuracy in special evalu-ation of holistic nursing.Meanwhile,they fortified their knowledge in anatomy and physiology used in special medical departments.
