摘要
目的探讨实施五常法活动对职工素质的影响。方法(1)对职工进行五常法知识培训。(2)实施过程中遵循PDCA循环法,对工作场所进行现状调查,找出主要原因,制定出相应的对策并实施。(3)按照五常法的要求,将物品统一分类,定点放置,统一标识,规范管理。(4)制定了本科室“下班前5min五常法活动”的内容,督促医护人员常自律。结果实施五常法半年后,职工对工作场所的安全意识、工作效率、责任心、护士的自律性大大提高。分别经字2检验,有显著性差异,P均<0.01或P<0.05。结论实施五常法活动对提高职工素质有明显的影响。
Objective To explore the effect of'5S ma n agement'on nurse staff.Methods The nurses were trained with'5S management'.In training,in line with PDCA,the on-the-spot investigation was done to find main causes and work out pertinent measures.According to'5S management',stuff in th e department was categorized,placed in the pointed positions,labeled uniformly a nd managed in standardization.The contents of'5S management'activity5min befor e off-duty were regulated and the medical staff was supervised in their work.Res ults Half year after execution of'5S management',the consciousness of safety for offices and wards,work efficiency,responsibility and nurse's self-disciplin e were raised sharply.Conclus ion The activity of'5S management'poses obvious effect on the improvement of quality of medical staff.
