大学生择业、创业问题是整个社会关注的一个焦点。这一问题处理的如何 ,直接关系到高校的生存、发展和稳定。通过对衡水师专的大学生两次调查以及对河北省其他 7所院校大学生的调查我们发现 ,高校急需加强对大学生的职业指导。具体方法如下 :1.系统、深入地做好对大学生的职业道德教育和职业指导 ;2 .对大学生的职业教育和指导必须具有针对性 ;3.加大对大学生创业教育和指导的力度 ;4 .建立对大学生进行职业指导和创业教育的网络。

College students' profession choice and carving out are a heated topic in the entire society. How to deal with the problem is closely connected with the existence, development and stabilization of colleges. Through the two investigations in Hengshui Normal College and other colleges in Hebei Province, colleges are in great need of professional directions. The definite means are as follows:1. Professional moral education and professional guidance are needed in a systematic, deep way. 2. We must pay much attention to the pertinence of professional education and direction. 3. Strengthen college students' professional carving-out and guidance. 4. Establish the network of college students' professional carving-out and guidance.
