2 1世纪是信息网络化的时代。网络技术作为信息传播的第四媒体 ,正广泛渗透到人类社会生活的各个方面 ,对高校师生的思想观念和生活方式产生了深刻的影响。网络技术给大学生带来诸多便利 ,为高校思想政治教育开辟了新局面 ,提供了新契机 ,同时 ,也给高校思想政治工作带来许多新问题 ,提出了新挑战。高校如何充分利用网络等现代传媒手段 ,积极开展网络条件下的思想政治教育 ,用先进的思想文化占领高校教育阵地 ,是一个急需解决的问题。

As 21st century sees the age of information network, network technology as the fourth mass media steps into every aspects of our life and affects the concepts and ways of life in colleges. Network technology brings about not only more convenience to the students but more opportunities and new outlook in the college political education. Meanwhile, We have to face lots of difficulties and challenges. It's a pressing task for us to make full use of network, actively develop network-based political education and occupy the position in thought and culture in colleges.
