四肢非主要血管蒂皮瓣移植修复皮肤缺损术后的护理

Repair of skin defect by transplantation of pedicled flap by extremity nondorminant vascular

目的 :探讨四肢非主要血管蒂皮瓣转移修复皮肤缺损的疗效及护理措施。方法 :以四肢主要血管分支和皮神经营养血管为蒂的 14种皮瓣修复皮肤软组织缺损 31例 ,皮瓣面积 2 3 0cm× 12 0cm～ 2 0cm× 1 5cm。结果 :31例中2 7例皮瓣全部成活 ,4例皮瓣近端部分坏死 ,经换药、植皮痊愈。随访 1个月～ 2年 ,除 8例皮瓣臃肿而行整形手术外 ,余皮瓣质地、外观及功能均满意。结论 :根据四肢皮瓣缺损部位、大小、功能要求 ,充分采用皮肤缺损周围主要血管分支或 /和皮神经营养血管蒂的皮瓣 ,可使多数创面得到理想的修复。加强术前、术后护理 ,是保证手术成功的重要措施。

Objective:To explore for therapeutic result from repair of skin defect by transplantation of pedicled flap by extramity nondorminant vascular.Method:31 cases received 14 types skin flap pedicled by extremity nondorminant vascular area from 23.0cm×12.0cm to 2.0cm×1.5cm.Result:27 cases survived,4 cases reult in part necrosis healed through skin transplantation;8 cases receive further plastic operation,the others all show satisfactory.Conclusion:Extremity vascular pedicled flap can repair local skin defect according to position size and function need.
