献血后按压静脉穿刺部位2种方法的效果比较

Comparison about two pressing method above veinous puncture points

目的 :探讨按压静脉穿刺部位的方法 ,以减轻局部疼痛和血肿或瘀斑的发生。方法 :观察组 110例用新方法按压献血者的静脉穿刺部位 ,并与对照组 110例采用传统方法比较。结果 :观察组疼痛程度及血肿或瘀斑的发生率明显低于对照组 ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :对穿刺部位用正确的方法和力度按压能有效地减轻疼痛及皮肤血肿或瘀斑的发生。

Objective:To investigate pressing method above veinous puncture points,to relieve local pain and reduce haematoma and ecchymosis.Method:110 cases receive new pressing method of veinous puncture,compared with those receiving traditional method.Result:Local pain and haematoma ecchymosis were less in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suitable pressing method can relieve local pain and reduce dermal haematoma and ecchymosis.
