新型抱索器在斜巷架空人车上的应用

The Application of New Detachable Grip in Inclined Roadway Aerial-ropeways

针对以往斜巷架空人车在维修、材料消耗、舒适性和安全性方面存在的问题,经过反复试验、比较和改进,现场采用近似于地面旅游索道原理的新型固定式抱索器取代了原先使用的抱索钢套。通过对淮北矿业集团桃园煤矿北二采区人行上山架空人车改造实践,阐述了新型固定式抱索器的结构、工作原理、安装方法和使用注意事项。

In view of the existing problems of inclined roadway aerial-ropeways in maintaining, material consuming, comfort and safety in the past, we adopted new fixed grip in worksite which has the similar principle as ground traveling cableway to replace the formerly used detachable grip steel caisson after repeatedly testing, comparing and refining. Through transforming and practicing about the aerial-ropeways that help man to climb in the north second producing area of Taoyuan Coal Mine which belongs to Huaibei Mining Group Company, the paper sets forth the structure, working principle, install method and operational points of attention about the new fixed grip and provides basis for the widespread applying of the installation. Its application and dissemination have the most secure and economic benefits.
