摘要
分析了客户服务中心维修业务的管理模式及流程。在此基础上 ,给出基于J2EE的维修管理系统的解决方案。介绍了维修管理系统的架构 ,给出数据访问接口程序示例。
This paper analyzes the management scheme and flow of customer service center of communication device manufacturer, introduces the design of a management system based on J2EE, the structure of system and the example of data access iaterface.
