以公共机房为例 ,就公共机房访问Internet的计费管理讲述了一种新的计费方案 ,即基于网络身份认证访问Internet控制的网络计费方案 ,以解决公共机房计费管理困难的特殊问题。

Taking the library as example, this article describes one new kind of accounting scheme, network accounting based on network identity authentication,in order to solve the special problem of accounting.
