摘要
目的 :探讨 i NOS、ec NOS、ET- 1在门脉高压食管静脉曲张大鼠食管局部的动态变化及意义。方法 :实验组大鼠行门静脉两步结扎加左肾上腺静脉结扎 ,并按门静脉完全结扎后 7,1 4 ,2 1 d分为 3组 (S7、 S1 4、 S2 1 ) ,对照组亦相应分为 3组 (D7、D1 4、D2 1 ) ;应用免疫组织化学 SP法检测 i NOS、ec NOS、ET- 1在下段食管中的表达情况。结果 :与相应对照组比较 ,i NOS、ec NOS在实验组表达强度皆增强 ,ET- 1在 S1 4、S2 1组增强。结论 :在门脉高压大鼠食管静脉曲张形成中 ,NO升高可能是早期事件 ,并可能是激发食管局部体液因子改变的关键 ;ET-
Objective:To explore the dynamic expression of iNOS,ecNOS and ET-1 in the development of esophageal varices in portal hypertensive rats Methods:The SD rats in experimental group underwent the two-stage ligation of portal vein plus ligation of the left adrenal vein,were divided into three groups (S7,S14,S21) at 7 days,14 days and 21 days after complete portal ligation The control group was also separated into three groups (D7,D14,D21) corresponed to the experiment The dynamic expression of iNOS,ecNOS and ET-1 in the esophagus of those six group rats were detected with immunohistochemical S-P technigue Results: Compared with the controls,the expression of iNOS and ecNOS in three experimental groups was stronger,ET-1 was stronger in S14 and S21 Conclusion: In the development of esophageal varices in portal hypertensive rats,increased NO may be early incident and the key to induce another factors in local,while ET-1 possibly plays a role in the persistent phase
