摘要
目的 :动态观察高氧暴露早产大鼠肺组织病理变化。方法 :分别在早产大鼠高氧暴露 3d、7d及 1 4 d时取肺组织标本 ,光镜及电镜下观察病理变化。结果 :高氧暴露 3d、7d及 1 4 d分别引起了早产鼠肺急性炎症、纤维化开始、纤维化形成各阶段的病理改变。结论 :早产大鼠肺纤维的发生是一个连续的动态发展的过程 。
Objective:To investigate the continuous pathologic changes of hyperoxia-exposed lung tissues of preterm rats.Mothods: 3d, 7d and 14d hyperoxia-exposed lung tissues of preterm rats were taken and the pathologic changes were observed under microscopy and electromicroscopy.Results: 3d, 7d and 14d hyperoxia-exposure resulted in pathologic changes of acut inflammation,early stage pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary fibrosis,respectively.Conclusions:The pulmonary fibrosis of preterm rats is a continuous developmental process. The pathologic changes of hyperoxia-exposed lung tissues is an important cause of pulmonary fibrosis of preterm rats.
