分娩疼痛是产妇最担心的问题 ,目前硬膜外分娩镇痛应用广泛 ,为得到理想的镇痛效果 ,国内外都在改进硬膜外镇痛方法。常用的有 4种方法 :间断性硬膜外镇痛、连续性硬膜外镇痛、产妇自控硬膜外镇痛。

Labor pain is a very worried problem of patient.At present,epidural analgesia is applied best universally.In orde to acquire good effect of analgesia,doctors try to improve the way of epidural analgesia in all over the world.Four methods are used frequently:epidural analgesia,continuous infusion epidural analgesia,patient control epidural analgesia,ambulatory or walking epidural analgesia.
