摘要
带状疱疹后遗神经痛是急性带状疱疹后的并发症 ,在老年患者中发生率较高 ,疼痛顽固 ,因其临床治疗困难 ,日益受到临床医师关注。笔者对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的定义、发病机理。
Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN) is the complication of acute herpes zoster.The higher incidence of PHN has been found in elderly people.Because the pain is not easily released and the clinical treatment appears to be very difficult,many medical workers have focused their attention on this complication recently.The author reviews the definition,pathogenesis,clinical character as well as treatment progress of PHN.
