重症急性胰腺炎的早期诊断及前降钙素在其中的作用

摘要急性胰腺炎(Acute Pancreatitis,AP)临床表现多种多样,使得它的诊断变得复杂.尽管只能诊断出大约4/5的AP,但血、尿淀粉酶的水平一直被临床上作为一个诊断标准.
