摘要
目的:采用淋巴细胞转化率为指标研究漂浮疗法对个体免疫功能的影响。方法:以淋巴细胞转化率作为免疫功能变化指标。被试为43名大学生(男22名,女21名),年龄18~24岁。被试随机分为4组,其中前3组均采用漂浮疗法,但具体过程略有不同。第1组:漂浮,播放漂浮治疗专用音乐;第2组:漂浮,通过内部通讯系统进行放松指导;第3组:漂浮,无任何听觉刺激;第4组为对照组。每人完成4次治疗。结果:各组被试治疗前的淋巴细胞转化率没有显著性差异(F=0.733P=0.539)。采用漂浮治疗的各组中,只有第3组淋巴细胞转化率在治疗前后有显著性差异犤(91.7±4.2)%vs(84.8±7.2)%犦,而对照组治疗前后该项检查的结果也有显著性差异犤(93.0±2.8)%vs(89.3±4.2)%犦。第3组被试治疗前后淋巴细胞转化率变化显著大于第2组被试(t=2.168,P=0.043)。男女被试的淋巴细胞转化率在治疗前分别为87.68%和86.95%,两者没有显著性差异(t=0.314,P=0.755)。男女被试的淋巴细胞转化率在治疗前后的变化没有显著性差异(t=0.503P=0.620)。结论:漂浮疗法的确可以提高被试的细胞免疫功能,但是漂浮治疗中使用额外的听觉刺激可能会影响到改善免疫力的作用。性别对于淋巴细胞转化率变化没有显著影响。该研究的结果在应用于临床前,尚需要进一步研究。
AIM:To study the influence of flotation therapy on the immune function of university students by lymphocyte transformation efficiency as the indicator.METHODS:Lymphocyte transformation efficiency was used as the indicator. Forty three undergraduates (22 males and 24 females) aged 18 to 24 years were divided into four groups randomly: group 1 treated with flotation therapy of music; group 2 treated with flotation therapy combined with relaxation instruction; group 3 treated with only flotation therapy; group 4 as control group. The treatment mentioned above continued 4 times in the four groups.RESULTS:The lymphocyte transformation efficiency insignificantly changed in each group before treatment(F=0.733, P=0.539). Only in the group 3 among the three groups with flotation therapy, the transformation efficiency changed significantly before and after treatment[(91.7± 4.2) % vs ( 84.8± 7.2) % ]. A significant difference was found in the control group before and after treatment[(93.0± 2.8) % vs ( 89.3± 4.2) % ]. The lymphocyte transformation efficiency in the group 3 was significantly higher than that of the group 2( t=2.168, P=0.043) . The lymphocyte transformation efficiencies of male and female subjects were 87.68% and 86.95% before treatment, with no significant difference before and after treatment( t=0.314, P=0.755;t=0.503, P=0.620) .
