补肾壮骨冲剂治疗绝经后骨质疏松症妇女5年观察

Five-year observation on the effects of Bushen Zhuanggu granules on postmenopausal osteoporosis women

目的:为探讨中医药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症远期疗效,观察5年补肾壮骨冲剂治疗绝经后骨质疏松症妇女的疗效。方法:观察绝经后骨质疏松症患者155例,其中治疗组88例,用补肾壮骨冲剂治疗,空白对照组67例,只作对症处理。结果:治疗半年后,治疗组前臂骨矿含量(BMC),从(0.82±0.05)g/cm,上升为(0.86±0.06)g/cm;前臂骨密度(BMD)从(0.21±0.02)g/cm2上升为(0.28±0.02)g/cm2;有显著性差异(P<0.05),以后每年均能稳定BMC及BMD的水平。5年新骨折率为5%(4例)。治疗组与空白对照组的骨折率12%(7例)比较明显较低,有显著性差异(χ2=5.215,P<0.05)。结论:补肾壮骨冲剂长期服用能明显提高及稳定BMC,MBD水平,降低新骨折率。

AIM:To observe the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu granules (BZG) in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients for five years and investigate the long term effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.METHODS:One hundred and fifty five patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups: 88 cases with the average age of (49.42± 2.10) years and the mean menopausal time of (11.53± 1.42) years were in the treatment group of BZG, the others(n=67) with the average age of (50.16± 2.11) years and the mean menopausal time of (9.62± 2.13) years were in the control group. RESULTS:After 6 months, the bone mineral content (BMC) and bone mineral density (BMD) of forearm bone in the majority of patients in the treatment group increased from( 0.82± 0.05) g/cm and (0.21± 0.02) g/cm2 to (0.86± 0.06) g/cm and (0.28± 0.02)g/cm2 respectively, with a significant difference from those of the control group (P< 0.05). BMC and BMD had a stable tendency. During the five year follow up, the fracture rate was 5% in the treatment group, significantly lower than that of the control group (12% , χ 2=5.215, P< 0.05).C
