摘要
当前,窄带语音业务向宽带数据业务发展,电路交换网络向分组交换网络发展,这已经是电信业发展的大势所趋。随着分组网络时代的到来,增值数据业务已经成为市场竞争的焦点。虽然增值数据业务的市场潜力巨大,但业务内容还不丰富,新业务的发展还比较慢。目前,业界已经形成共识:构建有电信网络运营商、网络系统提供商、技术平台提供商、应用平台提供商、应用开发商、内容提供商、终端厂商等市场角色参与的新的产业生态系统,建立新的运营模式是促进增值数据业务发展的关键。因此,中国移动、中国电信、中国联通也先后推出“移动梦网”,“互联星空”、“联通在信”等品牌,旨在建立共赢的、开放的价值链,推动增值业务的发展。
At present such trend becomes more and more obvious in telecom industry; from narrowband voice services to broadband data services and from circuit switching network to packet switching network. With the coming of packet networks, value-added data services become the focus in the competition. In spite of the large potential market, value-added data services still lack abundance and variety, and the development of new services is still slow. Now the mutual understanding has been reached in telecom industry, which Is to establish the new industrial ecosystem with telecom carriers, network system provider, technical platform provider, application platform provider, application developer, content provider, terminal manufacturer and other parts participating. The establishment of new operational mode is the key factor in promoting the development of value-added data services.
