采用改良张力带钢丝治疗锁骨移位型骨折

Treatment of shifting clavicle fracture with refined strain-belt steel wire

目的 评价改良张力带钢丝对锁骨移位型骨折的治疗效果。方法 采用改良张力带钢丝内固定治疗 96例锁骨移位型骨折病人。男 6 7例 ,女 2 9例 ;年龄 16～ 5 7岁 ;左侧骨折 39例 ,右侧骨折 5 7例。结果 91例病人经 6～ 18个月随访 ,骨折端愈合良好 ,肩关节功能正常。结论 改良张力带钢丝对锁骨移位型骨折的治疗是有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the effects of refined strain belt steel wire on the treatment of shifting clavicle fracture.Methods Inner fixation of the refined strain steel wire was employed in 96 cases(67 male and 29 female;aged from 16 to 57).39 cases were suffered from left clavicle fracture while 57 were on the right.Results Ninety one patients were recovered well and their shoulder arthrosis retured to normal function after the following up for 6～18 months.Conclusion The treatment by using the refined strain belt steel wire is the effective method to shifting clavicle fracture.
