摘要
目的:在中药复方固本通络冲剂治疗IgA肾病取得显著临床疗效的基础上,进行动物实验以探讨其临床疗效作用机理。方法:采用口服0.1％牛血清白蛋白及静注葡萄球菌肠毒素B制成的小鼠IgA肾病模型。并用固本通络冲剂进行治疗并分析其作用机理。结果:动物实验表明固本通络冲剂降低蛋白尿作用与临床结果一致,对肾组织病理损害、肾组织SOD、GSH-PX活性、MDA含量亦有显著改善作用。结论:固本通络冲剂作用机理可能与提高活性氧清除酶类的活性,减少肾组织过氧化脂质,从而减轻肾组织病理损害有关。
Objective:To study the mechanism of Chinese herbal compoud Gubentongluochongji(GBTLCJ)on experimental IgA Nephropathy(IgAN). Methods: Forty BALB/C male mices were randomized into four groups: normal control group, IgAN control group,GBTLCJ treated group and persantin control group. We observed its effect of treatment on mice with IgAN was induced by oral 0.1% BSA and intravenous SEB. Results: Animal experimental study indicated:GBTLCJ not only decreased proteinuria.but al so had aignificaut effects in ameliorating renal lesion and regulating the metabolism of SOD, GSH- PX and MDA.Conclusion:GBTLCJ is an effective Chinese herbal compoud on IgAN.The mechanism may include increasing SOD and GSH- PX,resisting lipid peroxidation in renal tissue and ameliorating renal lesion.
