可调钠透析减少高危人群透析低血压及失衡综合征的观察 被引量:10

摘要 高危人群(高龄或糖尿病等)常伴有心脑血管并发症,引起血液动力学的不稳定,出现低血压和失衡综合征等血液透析常见并发症,造成对血透的不耐受[1].可调钠透析在控制透析不耐受方面的有效性已逐渐得到认可.
