针对军队医院为部队服务工作存在的不足和问题 ,军区提出了进一步加强为部队服务工作应以规范管理为突破口 ,着力解决官兵就医绿色通道不畅问题 ;应突出“四种疾病”的收治与管理重点 ,着力解决慢性病患者滞留连队问题 ;应采取增加事业费标准与加大补贴相结合的办法 ,着力解决供需矛盾突出问题 ;应建立科学的为部队服务评价指标体系 ,引导医院不断提高服务质量。

In accordance with the shortcomings and problems in military hospital serving troops, the military area command put forward viewpoints in strengthening serving troops. Taking on standard management as breakthrough to solve problem of seeking for doctors; paying attention to four diseases to solve problem of cronics' resort in company; taking measures of increasing fees and subsidy to solve contradiction between demand and supply; establishing scientific appraising system of serving troops to introduce hospital improving serving quality continuously.
