摘要
本文从四个方面系统地论述了大型综合医院门急诊质量管理 ,阐述了门急诊质量管理的重要性 ,归纳了门诊质量管理的五个特点 ,即 :质量监控缺乏系统性、连续性 ;质量产生的快速性 ;质量评价的困难性 ;质量影响因素的广泛性 ;质量管理机构职能的双重性。阐明了门急诊质量管理的基本原则、重点 ,提出了把门急诊管理建设摆在重要位置、建立健全门急诊质量保证体系、完善门急诊管理运行机制、营造良好的门急诊文化氛围等具体措施 ,为实施门急诊质量科学管理提供了理论依据和实践经验。
The author discussed medical quality control (MQC) of emergency and outpatient services systematically in large-scaled comprehensive hospital from four aspects, illustrated the importance of MQC and concluded five characteristics as: Quality control lacks system and continuity; Rapid occurrence of quality; Difficulty in appraising; Universality in influencing factors; Bilateral function of quality control organization. The author illustrated the basic principle and emphasis in MQC of emergency and outpatient services, and put forward measures as setting construction of management on key position, building and improving quality ensured system, improving running mechanism of management, fostering cultural atmosphere, and gave theory basis and practical experience to scientific management in quality control.
