摘要
[目的] 探讨枸杞子提高小鼠运动耐力以及增强免疫的作用。 [方法] 实验动物采用清洁级ICR及昆明种小鼠,抗疲劳试验和免疫调节试验各设3个剂量组,分别为0.085g/kg、0.17g/kg、0.5g/kg体重,即低、中、高剂量组,另设蒸馏水对照组。经口灌胃给予受试物。抗疲劳试验测定游泳时间、肝糖原、血乳酸和血尿素氮。免疫调节试验选用细胞免疫、体液免疫指标。 [结果] 负重游泳试验表明,样品高剂量组与对照组相比能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间,游泳运动后小鼠血乳酸浓度消除幅度高于对照组,降低运动后血清尿素氮浓度。调节免疫实验提示,中、高剂量组抗体积数显著增加,高剂量组溶血空斑数明显升高。高剂量组耳郭肿胀度和中、高剂量组淋巴细胞转化试验吸光度差值显著增加,高剂量组单核-巨噬细胞的吞噬指数显著增加,高剂量组NK细胞活性显著增加。 [结论] 枸杞子对小鼠具有抗疲劳,提高运动耐力和增强免疫作用。
[Objective] To assess the antifatigue effects and immunoactivity of the fruit of lycium barbaruml. [Methods] Mice were given oral doses of the fruit of lycium barbaruml of 0. 085g/kg,0, 17g/kg, 0. 5 g/kg, using distilled water as control. Swimming time, blood lactate, blood urea nitrogen and hepatic glycogen were measured. Indexes of cellular immunity. and humoral immunity were observed to detect the effects of the fruit of lycium barbaruml on immunoregulation in mice. [Re sults] Compared with the control group, in the dose group of 0. 5g/kg the swimming time of mice extended obviously, the hepatic glycogen increased obviously while the content of blood lactate, and blood urea nitrogen decreased significantly. [Conclusion] In immunologic experiments, the fruit of lycium in mice show multiplication of antifatigue effects and the ability of immunoactivity
