目的 探讨钙结合蛋白S10 0在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 ,研究S10 0蛋白表达与乳腺癌已知预后相关因子C -erbB - 2、ER、PR的关系。方法 采用Elivision二步免疫组织化学法检测 4 6例乳腺癌组织中S10 0蛋白、C -erbB - 2、ER、PR的表达。结果 S10 0蛋白的表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移及预后有密切关系。S10 0蛋白阳性乳腺癌患者 5年无病生存率显著低于阴性者 (P <0 0 1)。S10 0蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达与C -erbB - 2、ER、PR无相关性。结论 S10

objective To investigate the expression of the S100 protein in breast cancer and evaluate its clinical significance. To study the relationship between S100 protein and breast cancer prognosis-associated factor C-erbB2,ER,PR. Methods The expression of S100 protein, C-erbB-2, ER,PR were detected by Elivision immunohistochemistry in 46 breast cancer specimens. Results The expression of S100 protein was related to lymph node status and prognosis in breast cancer. The disease-free survival time of patients with positive expression of S100 protein was significantly shorter than those with negative S100 protein (P< 0.01). No correlation was found between S100 protein and C-erbB-2, ER, PR expression.Conclusion S100 protein could been considered as an independent marker for predicting prognosis in breast cancer.
