NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效观察

Retrospective observation of NP treated advanced non-small-cell lung cancer

目的 评价长春瑞滨加顺铂联合化疗方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效。方法 对 6 4例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者应用NP方案化疗 ,观察近期疗效及毒副反应。结果 CR3例 ,PR32例 ,总有效率 5 4 7%。结论 NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效较好 ,毒副反应小 ,为可逆性 ,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of NVB and Cis-dichlorodiamine platinum(NP) for non-small-cell lung cancer in late period.Methods It was observed that the curative and side-effect of NP for 64 cases of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer in late period. Results There were 3 case of CR and 32 casses of PR with54 7% total effective rate.Conclusion Non-small-cell lung cancer in late period is treated by NP with better theraputic effect and little side-effect.
