摘要
采用光镜金相、电镜金相和定点能谱对8011低合金化铝合金连铸连轧板坯中的晶粒形态、铸态组织及第二相进行了检验。认为,合金中不均匀第二相AlFeSi的存在是板坯随后冷轧时发生断裂的根源。
Optical microscopy,electron microscopy and energy spectrum were used to test the morphology of grains,ascast microstructure and secondary phases in conticasted and tandem rolled planks of 8011 low alloying aluminum alloy.It can be concluded that fracture of planks during rolling results from the existence of inhomogeneous secondary AlFeSi phases.
