海南省城镇Alzheimer氏病和脑血管性痴呆流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation of patients with Alzheimer's dementia in Urban area in Hainan Province.

目的 了解海南省城镇老年期痴呆的流行病学情况。 方法 采用分层整体抽样原则 ,对海口市新华区和儋州市那大镇居住满 1年以上的≥ 60岁老年人共 9770人 ,用简易智能状态检查 (MMSE)筛查。根据DSM -Ⅲ -R做出痴呆诊断 ,并以HIS评分进行痴呆分型。 结果 痴呆患病率 6 0 4‰ ;Alzheimer病 (AD) 2 87‰ ;脑血管性痴呆(VD)患病率 2 87‰。海口市≥ 60岁及≥ 85岁组男性AD患病率高于儋州市同年龄组男性。 结论 AD和VD已成为危害老年人健康的重要疾病 。

Objective To understand the prevalent status of dementia in the elderly in the urban areas of Hainan Province. Methods Totally 9 770 residents above the age of 60 and with a residential period of over a year in Xinhua District of Haikou City and Nada Township of Danzhou City were investigated by randomly stratified cluster sampling for the incidence of dementia. Results The incidence of dementia was 6.04‰. The prevalence of Alzheimer's disease (AD) was 2.87‰ and prevalence of cerebrovascular dementia (VD) was also 2.87‰. Conclusion Alzheimer's disease and cerebrovascular dementia are now the disease affecting the health of the elderly and effective control measures be taken.
