复合维生素对婴儿生长状况的影响

The impact of combined vitamins on infant growth and occurrence of diarrhea.

目的 探讨复合维生素对 6个月以上婴儿体格生长水平及腹泻发生状况的影响。 方法 按照配对设计的原则将 60名婴儿配成 3 0对 ,干预组服用 3个月多种维生素制剂 ,对照组不服用 ,观察两组服用前后的身高、体重的增长及腹泻发生情况。 结果 干预组与对照组身高、体重增长速度差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,腹泻发病率差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 服用多种维生素制剂能显著提高婴儿的生长水平 。

Objective To explore the impact of compound vitamins on the physical development and the occurrence of diarrhea in infants above the age of 6 months. Methods Sixty infants were divided into intervention group and control group after matched 30 pairs based on the paired principle. The infants in intervention group were given compound vitamins over a period of three months while no vitamin was given to infants in the control group. Observations on the increase of body height, body weight and the occurrence of diarrhea in the two groups were made before and after the investigation.Results Significant differences were observed in the body height,body weight and incidence of diarrhea in the infants in the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Administration of compound vitamins can increase the infants' growth level and reduce the incidence of diarrhea.
