凤台县肾综合征出血热防治研究评析

A Comprehensive Prophylactic Research on HFRS in 1980-2002 in Fengtai County of Anhui Province

为掌握我县肾综合征出血热 (HemorrhageFeverWithRenalSyndrome .HFRS)的流行规律 ,控制我县肾综合征出血热流行。我们开展了调查、收集整理全县人口资料和HFRS发病情况及鼠密度 ,运用间接免疫荧光技术 ,检测疑似病人、健康人和鼠血HV抗体及鼠肺HV抗原。根据监测结果指导我县以防鼠、灭鼠和接种HFRS疫苗为主的综合防治措施 ,降低了我县本病的流行强度和发病率。

Fengtai county was an old epidemic area of HFRS with high incidence. The first case occurred in 1957. He was a peasant working in the field of the water conservancy facilities. The disease spread repeatedly in 1960s and 1970s with incidence of 1.8～22.2 per hundred thousand. The disease increased sharply to 266.2 per hundred thousand in 1981. In 1984, the county was selected as one of forty-one HFRS surveillance sites. During the past twenty years, we had carried out a comprehensive prophylactic research on HFRS in the area in light of requirements of HFRS surveillance plan stipulated by Ministry of Health and HFRS control plan issued by Anhui Bureau of Health and discovered the role of the case spreading in the county, the basic type of case, main reservoirs which spread the disease and the relationship between the virus carried rate of the reservoirs and people infection. According to the results of surveillance, we took measures against rats and vaccinated people. The measures had reduced incidence of HFRS remarkably. In the past 2 years, only 1 HFRS case occurred in the county. It was the lowest incidence level. Significant effect of health and economy had been acquired.
