摘要
本文针对延边大学医学院附属医院303例冠状动脉介入术分类质量中存在的缺陷进行原因分析,提出相应对策,以求提高病案信息管理中编码的准确度。
The Authors analyzed shortcomings affecting the quality of classification in 303 cases of coronary artery interventional operations in the Hospital attached to Yanbian Medical University, and advance the corresponding countermeasures to improve the coding accuracy.
