玻璃离子粘结银汞合金充填无鸠尾Ⅱ类洞的临床研究

摘要 目的 比较玻璃离子粘结银汞合金充填与复合树脂充填无鸠尾Ⅱ类洞的临床疗效。方法 临床选取 312例 390个双尖牙邻面浅龋及中龋患者 ,随机分为两组 ,经常规去腐 ,制备无鸠尾Ⅱ类洞。实验组以银汞充填 ,充填前以玻璃离子进行洞衬 ,对照组直接以复合树脂充填。所有病例随访追踪 2年以上 ,通过临床检查对其进行临床疗效评定。结果 玻璃离子粘结银汞组成功率为 89% ,复合树脂组成功率为 80 %。对其进行 χ2检验 ,两者有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 玻璃离子粘结银汞合金充填无鸠尾类洞技术在临床上是可行的 。 Objective To evaluate the different effect between the amalgam bonded with the glass ionomer cement and composite resin on restoring classⅡ cavities without dove tail.Methods Three hundred twelve patients with proximal superficial or intermediate caries in 390 bicuspid underwent this study.The patients were divided into two groups at random.All the teeth were prepared into class Ⅱ cavity without dove tail.The teeth in experimental group were restored with amalgam.Before restored,the cavities were bonded with the glass ionomer cement.The teeth in control group were restored with composite resin directly.All the cases were followed up over 2 years and the examination was done to evaluate the effect.Results The success rate of amalgam restoration bonded with glass ionomer cement was 89% and that of composite resin was 80%.Both the rates were checked by chi square test.There was significant difference in statistics( P <0.05).Conclusion The technique that the class Ⅱ cavity without dove tail was restored by amalgam bonded with the glass ionomer cement would be acceptable practically.Its effect is better than the composite resin restoration.
