摘要
目的 了解不同营养状况儿童血脂谱水平及其季节性变化 ,为进一步开展成年期疾病早期预防提供理论依据。方法 对 44 7名儿童进行身高和体重测量 ,根据身高标准体重法分为正常、超重和肥胖 3组 ,采用HITACHI7170型自动生化分析仪 ,进行冬夏季节两次血脂谱水平测定。结果 肥胖儿童TG、apoB水平高于超重和体重正常儿童 ,而HDL、HDL/TC相反 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;TC、LDL -C、apoAI、LP (a)、LDL -C/HDL -C各组间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。肥胖儿童TG异常率明显高于超重和体重正常儿童 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。与冬季相比各组儿童夏季TC、HDL、LDL下降 ,TG、apoAI、apoB升高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,肥胖儿童TG异常检出率升高最明显。结论 儿童血脂谱水平异常检出率随实测体重超过身高标准体重幅度的增加而上升 ,主要以TG异常为主。
Objective A study was conducted to compare the serum lipid levels of children under different nutrition states and its seasonal changes.It will be theoretically helpful to further develop early prevention of adult diseases. Methods 447 children participated the physical examination of height and weight and were classified into three groups(obese,overweight,normal-weight children)according to the Weight for Height methods.Then their serum lipid levels were examined twice respectively in Spring and Autumn with the HITACHI 7170 Automatic Biochemistry Analysis System. Results The average TG and apoB level of obese children was higher than that of overweight or normal-weight children,while the HDL-C and HDL-C/TC level of obese children was lower with statistical significance( P <0.05).There was no significant difference of other lipid indexes(TC,LDL-C,apoAI,LP(a),LDL-C/HDL-C)among three groups( P >0.05).The abnormal TG prevalence of obese children was obviously higher than that of overweight and normal-weight children( P <0.05).The levels of TC,HDL,LDL were lower while that of the TG、apoAI、apoB were higher with statistical significance( P <0.05)in Summer than in Winter.The abnormal TG prevalence of obese children increased most obviously. Conclusions The prevalence of abnormal serum lipid levels rose along with the increasing degree that the measured weight excessed the Weight for Height methods in children,especially the TG level.
