小汤山医院预防SARS院内感染的组织与管理

作为全国最大、收治患者最多的SARS定点医院,小汤山医院面临着预防SARS院内感染的严峻考验。医院通过及时建立和完善预防院内感染的组织构架,依靠专家进行科学防护指导与培训,建章立制与严格的防护管理相结合,领导以身作则、正确引导全体医务人员完成任务的积极性与做好防护相结合,采用特殊措施、预防保健与预防感染相结合等措施建立了一套完整的预防院内感染体系,经过实施实现了全院1200名工作人员无一例感染的目标,说明这套预防院内感染体系是可靠的、安全的和可行的,对今后大规模传染病应急管理具有重要的理论和实际意义。

As the largest designated hospital to SARS and the hospital admitted the most SARS patients in China, Xiaotangshan Hospital faced the serious challenge of protecting in- hospital infection. By timely establishing and improving the organization framework to prevent SARS from being infected in hospital, relying on experts in conducting protection guiding and training in a scientific way, working out regulations combined with strict protection management, leaders set good example in guiding medical workers in combining motivation to fulfill the task with good protection, taking special measures to combine prevention care with infectious prevention, a comprehensive system to prevent in - hospital infection was set up, and their implementation realized '0' infection among 1200 workers in the hospital, it shows that the system to prevent in-hospital infection was reliable, safe and operational, it is very meaningful theoretically and in practice for the management of infectious disease emergence response in large scale in the future.
