摘要
目的 研究替硝唑 羟丙基 β 环糊精包合物的制备工艺。 方法 采用正交试验法优选羟丙基 β 环糊精对替硝唑的包合工艺。结果 以包合物的溶解度为指标 ,筛选出最佳包合条件 :羟丙基 β 环糊精浓度为 1 5 % ,包合温度为 40℃ ,搅拌时间为 60min。结论 经羟丙基 β 环糊精包合后 ,替硝唑的溶解度由 0 0 8mg/ml增加到 1 77mg/ml,增加了 2
Objective\ To optimize the preparative procedure of inclusion compound of tinidazole hydroxypropyl β cyclodextrin. Method The factors affecting inclusion compound were studied with orthogonal design. Result The experimental data showed that the optimum process is that the inclusion compound should be formed in aqueous solution containing 15% HP β CD, in water bath for 60 min at 40℃. Conclusion The solubility of TNZ was increased from 0 08 mg/ml to 1 77 mg/ml when it was included by HP β CD.
