复方维甲酸粘附剂的研制

Preparation of the Adhesive Agent of Compound Retinoic Acid

目的 利用某些高分子材料能与口腔粘液相互作用 ,产生生物粘附的特性 ,将维甲酸和曲安奈德制成复方粘附剂 ,用于治疗口腔粘膜扁平苔癣。方法 采用溶剂分散法将脂溶性药物均匀地分散在亲水性胶浆中。结果 该粘附剂药物分散均匀 ,制剂稳定 ,有较强的粘附性 ,能协同药物发挥治疗作用。结论 该制剂是较理想的口腔用药剂型。

Objective The adhesive agent of retinoic acid and triamcinolone acetonide was formed by characteristics of bio adhesion with some high polymer and oral cavity mucus for mucosa lichen planus. Methods\ Using solvent dispersing, lipid soluble drugs were dispersed equably from hydrophilic mucilage. Results The adhesion agent has uniformity of drugs, stabilization and adhesion and has synergy with the treatment of drugs. Conclusions It is a more ideal and perfect agent for mouth.
