摘要
天然气在世界一次能源消费中的比重是四分之一,而在中国只占百分之三。经过对中国天然气市场的研究,IEA(国际能源署)认为,一个进入“小康”的社会,已经不再满足于数量充足但质量低劣的能源供应,而是需要清洁而高质量的燃料。政府的首要任务就是通过提高清洁能源的份额来优化能源供应结构,同时还要保证国家能源安全。 天然气这一优质洁净的能源在中国具有广阔的市场前景。不过,开发这一市场并不简单。天然气定价对于天然气市场的开发至关重要,具有竞争力的价格往往决定了一个能源品种市场份额的大小。
Comparing with coal and other energy resources, the price of natural gas price is higher in China now. which result in natural gas has been called 'rich gas'. It means that only the users in developed areas of China can afford natural gas. The research group of IEA has studied the market of China and released Developing Chin's Natural das Market: The Hnergy Policy Challenges. William C. Ramsey. the Deputy Executive Director of IEA believes that natural gas should be likewise in demand in undeveloped western areas of' China. If the price difference between natural gas and coal can be lessened, in other words, the price of natural gas becomes more competitive, then China's natural gas market will be expanded and developed sustainably.
