我国正处于文化转型时期 ,大学教育观念与体制已经发生根本性的变化 ,高校扩招与高校资源紧缩成为两个互为消长的对立范畴 ,由此延伸出了如何在这对矛盾中寻求大学生整体水平的稳定与提升的核心问题。开发大学生课外学习引导资源是当代行之有效的教育策略 ,大学生课外学习的主导化与课外学习互动的网络平台化 ,既是大学生建构主义学习与创造性学习的拓展 。

Now our country is in a period of cultural trans formation.Dramatic changes have taken place in ideas and systems of higher educa tion.The increase of enrollment and shortage of resources have become two contra dictory factors in universities.Hence rises the problem of how to seek stability and improvement of students' overall level under the contradiction.An effective educational strategy is to develop guiding resources of students' out-of-clas s learning.The leading role of students is out-of-class learning and the inter -dynamic network are not only the expansion of constructivism learning and crea tive learning but also an important way to explore future learning.
