摘要
对新疆远程教育面临的诸多问题进行阶段性、探索性的实践 ,立足于新疆民族地区远程教育的客观环境 ,以“注记”的形式分析。
Distant education in Xinjiang is facing many problems.Efforts should be made to explore these problems step by step,according to objective reality of distant ed ucation in Xinjiang.We should use the method of notes to analyze,summarize and s tudy network learning environment,network learners and teaching mode of distant education.
