摘要
应用毛细管气相色谱标准样品叠加法和色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术研究了秦岭冷杉(Abies chensiensis Van Tiegh.)树脂中精油的化学成分.从分离出的138个色谱峰中鉴定出22个成分,占精油总量的99.47%,其中主要成分为柠檬烯(29.86%)、β-蒎烯(27.52%)、α-蒎烯(25.51%)、莰烯(9.98%)、月桂烯(2.15%)、乙酸龙脑酯(1.57%)及三环烯(1.43%)等。
Chemical constituents of the essential oil from oleoresin of Abies chensiensis Van Tiegh. were compared with authentic samples on GC and analyzed by GC/MS/DS technique. Among the 138 constituents separated, 22 components, which make up 99.47% of the total oil, were identified. The major components are limonene (29.86%), β-pinene (27.52%), α
-pinene (25.51%), camphene (9.98%), myrcene (2.15%), bornyl acetate (1.57%) and tricyclene (1.43%), etc.
