摘要
中国民族教育本土化的过程是既照顾了各民族利益 ,又顾及了国家利益并顺应全球潮流的过程。多元文化教育是以尊重不同文化为出发点 ,在各集团平等的基础上 ,为促进不同文化集团间的相互理解 ,有目的、有计划地实施的一种共同平等的异文化间的教育。“多元”与“整合”教育相辅相成 ,“多元”要围绕“整合”实施 ,“整合”要结合“多元”发展。
The localization of ethnic education in China is a process of protecting both th e interests of different minorities and the interests of the state on the one ha nd, and following the trend of globalization on the other hand.Multicultural edu cation is based on respect for different cultures and equality of different grou ps.A mutually equal education is conducted among diverse cultures with objective s and plans in order to increase mutual understanding among diverse cultural gro u ps.Multicultural education and integrated education are closely connected in the way that multicultural education should be carried out according to integrated education and integrated education should develop jointly with multicultural edu cation.Multicultural and integrated education is the inevitable trend for the de velopment of ethnic education in future.
