摘要 萜烯双马来酰亚胺(TBMI)为一种新型加成型聚酰亚胺。以获得的TBMI纯样品与双马来酰亚胺(BMI)对比研究其溶解行为、熔融流动行为和热稳定性,探讨了其热分解机理。研究了TBMI与二胺(DA)的聚合反应,产物能形成二甲苯的均相粘液,与环氧树脂(EP)配料,具有耐热和强的粘结特性。 Terpene bismaleimide (TBMI) is a novel additive-type polymaleimide. It is demonstrated, when comparing pure TBMI samples with bismaleimide (BMI). that the solubility and meltability of TBMI are better than those of BMI and the thermostability is similar to BMI. The mechanism of thermofission of TBMI was discussed and polymerization reaction of TBMI and DA was also investigated. These products are soluble in xylene. When it reacts with EP, high temperature resistance and good adhesion are achieved.
