摘要
采用常压水蒸气蒸馏法提取野菊花精油,得率为0.138%,旋光度[α]^(20)+0.496,折光率[η]^(20)1.4802.采用GC定量和MS,GC定性法共定出40个化合物,占精油总量的95%,主成分为樟脑、反蒈醇、乙酸龙脑酯和桧烯。
Essential oil was obtained from Chrysanthemum indicum L. by steam distillation. The average yield was 0.138%, rotation [α]20 = +0. 496 and refractive index [η]20 = 1- 4802. Fourty compounds, which occupied 95 % of the total oil, were identified with MS and GC qualitatively and GC quantitatively. The main compounds are camphor, trans -caran- trans -2-ol. bornyl acetate and sabinene.
