摘要
研究不同种类催化剂、催化剂浓度、反应温度、反应时间、单体浓度及溶剂对80%β-蒎烯阳离子聚合反应的影响。通过比较所得树脂的软化点、得率、色级,从而得出了聚合反应的适宜条件,并在此条件下制得了高软化点(>140℃)、浅色(Gard-ner Color 1)的聚(β-蒎烯)树脂(产率>80%)。
Influences of various factors (concentration of initiators and monomer, temperature, solvents etc. ) on the polymerization of cations of commercial grade 80% β-pinene were investigated. By comparison of the softening points, color grades and yields of the resulted resins, the optimum conditions of polymerization were selected. Under these reaction conditions, a polyterpene resin with softening point >140℃, Gardner color 1 and 80% yield was obtained.
