摘要
本文在洋茉莉醛生产传统工艺的基础上作了较大的改进。黄樟油在氢氧化钾溶液存在下,温度170℃、时间7h,异构产率达90%;在酸性介质下,重铬酸钠法氧化温度控制在45~60℃,时间2.5h,产率达86%,总收率为56%,较国内水平提高4%;产品质量达到或超过轻工业部部颁标准;并对含铬废水进行了回收利用,使其基本上达到排放标准.
The processing technology of heliotropin has been developed on the basis of improving the traditional technology. The yield of isomerized safrole reaches 90% in the presence of the solution of potassium hydrate after 7 h reaction at 170℃. And the yield of heliotropin is 85% by the sodium dichromate method oxidation in the acid medium after 2. 5 h reaction at 45-60℃. So the total yield is as high as 56% ,which is higher by 4% compared with the common domestic levels. The quality of the product reaches,even exceeds the standard established by the Light Industry Ministry. At the same time the containing chromium waste water can be reutilized and the discharge can basically meet the requirements of the discharge standards.
