刺槐花的化学成分研究

STUDY ON THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION CF ROBINIA PS EU DO AC ACIA FLOWERS

分析测定了刺槐花的营养成分。结果表明,刺槐花含有较丰富的蛋白质和微量元素,可作为食品或饲料添加剂。从刺槐花中分离出黄酮类化合物(Ⅰ),经紫外光谱、红外光谱和质谱分析鉴定为刺槐苷。刺槐苷是一种重要的生物活性物质,具有一定的开发和利用价值。

The chemical composition of R. pseudoacacia flowers has been studied. The results show that the flowers of R. pseudoacacia are rich in proteins and microelements,and could be used as additives for food and fodder. The robinin has been separated from R, pseudoacacia flowers and identified by TLC,UV,IR and GC/MS. Since Robinin is a important biological active substance,the resources of R. pseudoacacia flowers are of value for commercial utilization.
